Ayurveda

In Sanskrit , Ayurveda means “The science of life”.It is a 5000 year old system of natural healing that has its origins in the vedic culture of India. It is a sacred percept of rule or commandment which guide us about the all aspects of lifes

it is not only the system of treatment . in recent years , a renewed in the interest , has been shown by many people throughout the world , to know more about the contribution that have been made in future, by the Indian system of medicine (ayurveda) towards the treatment of the psycho-somatic diseases as a whole.It include the prevention and treatment of disease.

It also refers a vision to understand the secret and hidden physical and mental factors of life. It places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one’s life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs.Knowledge of ayurveda enables one to understand how to create this balance of body, mind and consciousness according to one’s own individual constitution and how to make life style changes.The main aim of ayurveda is to maintain the health of healthy individual and then treat the disease.

Yoga

Yoga is a very ancient science derived from the Sanskrit word yuj ,Yoga means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit .Yoga is a 5000-years-old Indian body of knowledge .Yoga is not a system of beliefs. It takes into account the influence on each other of body and mind, and brings them into mutual harmony.

The origins of yoga have been speculated to date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions; it is mentioned in the Rigveda, but most likely developed around the sixth and fifth centuries BCE, in ancient India's ascetic and śramaṇa movements.
